Sick! I feel sick. Please, all the women out there, I am begging you to stop sleeping with XY Chromosomes. Males don't see us as humans; they are not making love to you; they just want to dominate you, force you, and brag about it to their male friends because they see us as a sex toy that needs to be broken and bragged about. Females, separate yourselves from these demons. How many examples are needed to see that males are not capable of love? They say we are submissive, but they have to continue demeaning us.If submission was our nature, they wouldn't need to always force it upon us. In reality, all males crave validation from other males; they don't love us or even like us because they are in love with their fellow males. That's why they protect the abusers, the rapists, and monsters like the man mentioned above. They like to hype those men because they crave to be like them. Like demons!

I got thinking too much about Marwa from What We Do in the Shadows again and how she was canonically making observations of Jupiter and Saturn in the 1200s. Then I thought about how Elena took Damon to go watch a meteor shower, and I decided that Marwa and Elena should get away from all the vampire drama B.S. in their lives and go nerd out about astronomy together, and this moodboard sort of happened. I also thought about how Elena becomes a doctor and went ah, they are both women in STEM! So I ran with that as a theme too.
But yeah, Marwa needs a friend who will actually support her interests and engage with her intellectually (no shade to Nadja and the Guide, I'm glad they had a fun weekend watching Mamma Mia together which was literally the only time we got to actually see Marwa happy onscreen, but they have never demonstrated much interest in science that I can recall and I want Marwa to have an astronomy buddy), and I think Elena would be fascinated by her and her perspectives on astronomy from centuries ago, and they could learn about modern astronomical advances together. If I find the time and energy I might even write fic about it, but for now, here is a moodboard so that we can all bask in the vibes of my beautiful crossover vision together.
Image sources: x x x / x (the first frame of x gif + a screenshot from x) x / x + x x x
#Elena Gilbert#Marwa wwdits#Marwa/Elena#Marlena#Marwalena#I'm not necessarily viewing this as a romantic ship but I'm also not not viewing it as one. take it either way as it pleases you#rowing the rarepair rowboat#(thank you freddieslater for letting me use that tag that's such a good tag)#the Vampire Diaries#What We Do in the Shadows#Marwa the Relentless#at first I didn't want to call her that because Nandor is such garbage to her. not even garbage. he hollows her out and destroys her soul#but I like the idea that she is also relentless in her own way. if only insomuch as she survived him. which really she didn't#the more I think about what happened to Marwa the more I feel like she endured the worst fate imaginable. I mean what Nandor did to her was#really so much more evil than any of the compulsion we see in Vampire Diaries because I mean he completely erased everything that made her#who she was. He chipped away at her personality and her sense of self bit by bit until he literally deleted anything recognizable as Marwa#from existence. I need to scream about it.#and the only scene with her smiling is the one I took that screenshot from. The only. Scene.#anyways I'm so glad she's fine now & having fun showing Elena cool telescopes and telling her about all of Jupiter's moons &how to see them#I love astronomy so if somebody on TV mentions liking astronomy I become bonded for life with them. lol#TVD rarepair rowboat#WWDITS#not to be anti-wwdits; I do love Nandermo. but they did Marwa so dirty#Justice for Marwa!#astronomy moodboard#I made this weeks ago but I got so busy with the play but now the play is over and I went 'hey remember that moodboard you should post it'#so here it be :)#it's not the best moodboard I've ever made but I made it in a passionate fervor of feminist energy and I like it

anybody that thinks making fun of men and telling them to die or how useless they are or that it’d be better off without them just know
you’re sexist you’re the exact same as the people who treat you like scum and I hope your own community treats you like sh-t cause you deserve nothing

i am extremely worried about people who are like, 'if you didn't like the barbie movie i don't trust you'. there are valid fucking reasons to distrust it that don't boil down to 'the dudebros are angry a film about a girl's doll doesn't have a man at centre frame'
the film very much DOES have a man at center frame and the film is really all about how ken's feelings are treated by the barbies (with the 'punishment' for the barbies treating the kens like shit being subjugated to their own oppression for a few hours - creating a weird implication that oppression will be solved if we oppress the oppressors, but only a little bit, and then they'll realise How Wrong They Were).
the criticism of barbie and what she'd done to the self esteem of generations of young girls is handwaived into a single scene that focuses on how barbie of all people feels about it - in a way that reads like barbie's making a fucking beauty guru tier apology. those weren't tiny criticisms but now mattel can claim that the barbie movie addressed it by making barbie sad at the accusations. (also the criticisms were very much related to barbie's thinness and whiteness, but that was erased for a more 'YOU'RE NOT PERFECT' vague message)
barbie's 'i'm a real woman now!' moment is her going to a gynecology exam - it isn't bad on its own, but it's what it's used to symbolize. it's considered the point where barbie is a 'real woman', and equates real womanhood to having a vagina. that would've been one thing but the film was put out by Warner Bros, whose CEO lights up red in shinigami eyes and is the media company behind the continuation of the harry potter franchise long after rowling's hatred and bigotry became mass public knowledge.
so yeah. forgive me if this film strikes me as less feminist than both its predecessors mean girls and legally blonde AND princess and the pauper which had a trans cat or two in it

Wtf is it about Jennifer's body and venom that mentioned don't understand?
Jennifer's Body was a teen horror movie that flopped because the executives thought they needed to capitalize on Megan Fox's popularity as a sex icon following the success of the Transformers movies, so they marketed it primarily to teenage boys/ young men, by hyping up both her sex appeal and the lesbian kiss scene with Amanda Seyfried.
But it flopped, because it's more of a satire horror comedy than a pure horror, plus it ended up being more feminist/ pro LGBT in hindsight, since it's more of a revenge fantasy than anything else, and a crushing indictment of predatory male behavior. Rather than just being, "lesbian sex is hot, hahaha," it actually comes across as more, "this character is bisexual... she refuses to kill her best friend, even after she comes back as an undead demon."
And people have (correctly) read into this as actually pretty damn romantic.
Megan Fox's character has the opportunity to kill her best friend like three different times, but refuses. And the only reason she dies, is because she can't bear the thought of their friendship being broken...
And then... Amanda's character...she doesn't even hold it against her. She goes on a killing spree in her name...
Like. Come on. That's queer subtext, and honestly, just queer text, since Megan even says, "I go both ways."
So. ultimately. It was not really FOR cishet teen boys. It marketed to them, but failed to get their attention. And it did poorly, but then got a cult following in the following years, by the correct audience of women and gays.
Venom, on the other hand, was a teen anti-hero movie, focused on a character who was supposed to be in a rated r movie, but the execs chickened out at the last second. It was SUPPOSED to be dark and edgy and maybe a little horror-esque... but then it was written poorly, was edited very messily, had a very strange tone, and ended up making the symbiote more of an audacious, goofy, chaotic character than outright evil.
It was CAMPY.
Like Jennifer's Body, it was SUPPOSED to be aimed at teenage boys and men...who HATED it. Thought it was garbage.
But it ended up marketing to...the monster fucker crowd.
Because of the sizzling sexual tension between the two reclaimed LGBT leads.
So that's why we compare them.
They're both edgier movies that could've been rated r, but got pulled back to pg13 for marketing reasons. They were both supposed to be Cool Products for Boys, but ended up marketing more to women and gays in the end.
Jennifer's Body was "horror" and Venom was "action," but they both ended up being more purely comedic than anything, even if it was a little unintentional (more on Venom's part, than Jennifer's Body).
And that's all.
They've got very similar vibes, you know?
Camp LGBT, with horror elements.
Think Elvira, Rocky Horror Picture Show. You know.

Three brave women beat up a shopkeeper in islamic republic of Pakistan for harassing them and all the Pakistani men are so pissed off that they’re sending death threats to those women for taking action in their own hands instead of tolerating and calling some male authority or police. That piece of shit also filed a case against those women for abusing him and as a citizen of this trash country, i can tell he will win the case.
A 20 years old girl, Sania Zehra, was brutally tortured, raped and murdered by her husband, syed ali raza bukhari, when she was pregnant with her third child. This also happened in Pakistan on 8th of July. Now the same men are silent over this or trying to shove the issue of Palestine on feminist pages posting about Sania’s case because "far worst things are happening in the world". Meanwhile, Pakistani women are busy dick worshipping the victim’s father because "he must be so traumatised after losing his daughter like this. oh poor man!" As if that bitch isn’t at fault for making her daughter marry that old beast when she was probably 16.
Celebrities here are more concerned about men’s deteriorating mental health in this country as these lunatics think catering to men’s feelings will somehow fix them. What else can you expect from them when the entire world outside has progressed, but these dumbfucks are still portraying the same old cringe fairytale stories where a simple beautiful, but unfortunate girl falls in love with some ugly psychotic man and tolerates his abuse because "that’s true love 😍" and in the end, she’s successful in fixing him.
But when we speak a word against the atrocities women face in this country, all these people lose their minds and try to silence us to ensure the image of their fuckin country is not at risk of defamation and the lovely Pakistan can become an example of how peaceful islam is. Pakistani men (and most women here as well) are intolerant when it comes to the vilification of the image of their country and religion. And their asses start burning when they see someone ruining it. They even stoop so low to the level of satanism that they would not hesitate to send death threats to anyone making them look bad globally. A girl i was friends with on FB wished Malala another gunshot on her face by Taliban because of her anti-marriage stance.
This is why i urge y’all to please don’t stay silent on the issues women are facing in Pakistan. I never see global feminist pages talking about female oppression in this garbage country. Some feminists living in west also act like brown men are somehow better than white men and they’re more oppressed than white women because of racism, or that muslim men are better than christian bigots. Stop victimising brown muslim men. Not only are they hideous but also the misogyny the south asian society has shoved in their assholes is extremely disgusting and they keep shitting it on women everywhere they go, including white women.
I wouldn’t expect support from brainless libby feminists as they’re probably busy pulling their pants down on their favourite OF platforms or fighting misandry online, but i would love to see all the radfems speaking up for south asian women. Please make it known globally how the Pakistani islamic community is constantly oppressing women day by day.
Use the examples i stated above. Speak up for Sania Zehra!! Demand justice for her globally, and keep bashing corrupt Pakistani law system. Also, don’t forget to defame their religion. These people are most protective of their culture and religion. I don’t see any hope in this country for women, but there’s a chance they will start taking action and give proper justice to the victims in order to protect their so called dignity.

Anyways since I still have to deal with her dumb ass followers harassing me on occasion, I firmly believe velvetvexations is a cryptoterf. She stalks trans women, harasses trans women, bypasses blocks to stir up drama on her blog to motivate her followers to harass trans women, she posts anonymous unsubstantiated claims about trans women as means to get them harassed or shunned, she constantly downplays or even denies the oppression of trans woman, posts bioessentialist garbage that implies trans women are men, reblogs and argues for anti trans feminist texts, and pushes transandrophobia bullshit just as lots of terfs do. Not to mention if you pay attention to her non-trans opinions you'll find she is a conservative anti-leftist. I would be amazed if a single left leaning trans woman didn't have a story of being harassed by her by now. Block her and save yourself the fucking headache.

One thing I realised about Tumblr is that no matter how badly the staff fucks up the site it'll never go down the path of other social media sites by becoming infested with reactionary garbage solely due to the fact that the early/mid 2010s anti-SJW content mill has instilled into every right-winger this overblown fear of the site due to them (to this very day) perceiving it as some sort of massive blue-haired feminist commune that'll segregate every cishet white dude lol.

2023 was a terrible year if you were aggressively neutral about the barbie movie. even leaving aside the right wing culture war grifters who thought it encouraged violence against men everyone either thought it was an untouchable feminist masterpiece and everyone who didn’t like it was a misogynist or it was evil anti feminist commercial garbage and greta gerwig was literally the devil. and i was just like ok i well i thought it was fine :) the art direction was neat and some of the dialogue was clever :) nothing to write home about tho :)

women don’t have to give birth ever. dropping birthrates are not an issue if your society is malleable. human race living into infinity isn’t a worthy goal, and if it is then why is it the fault of women not giving birth to children and not the oil execs and politicians doing as little as they can to stop our earth dying at an alarming rate. if the human population falls to 1000 people then that’s just life and women still don’t have to give birth if they don’t want to. humans are not special they are just animals and we have real live people living today right now who need our help and care. legacy is just another male conquest fantasy. he has to conquer the future with his spawn, and it’s up to women to comply, and we’re told if we don’t then “there’s no one to take care of the elderly, there’s no new workers to uphold the economy” mean while male majority governments all over the world continuously block programs that will help people thrive. women need birth control, women need sex education, women need abortions on demand without conditions, and men can jack their jizz into a sock for all I care there’s no magical legacy secretly waiting to blossom in your disgusting spunk. nothing swimming in there is more important than the women and girls who are already here with finite time to enjoy their lives just like everyone else. pass a bill for once.

The Marauders: Bullies who sexually assaulted a person. Basically Draco Malfoy and his cronies who were shown the Light.
Fandom: Such feminists, I love them!
Draco: Human equivalent of garbage who bullied anyone with lower social status, and mocked an orphan. Also gladly joined the DE.
Fandom: So tragic! He had no choice, we love him! He deserved better.
Dursleys: Gross, shallow human beings who abused the orphan they were in charge of, and even starved that child (and only because Vernon's promotion was cancelled).
Fandom: They have a reasonable hatred, and Petunia is sympathetic!
Dudley Dursley: Actually apologizes for his behavior and abuse, unlike oh-so-great James Potter.
Fandom: Bad!
Ron Weasley: Brave kid who has commited countless selfless acts and protects his friends.
Fandom: Bad! Hermione deserved better! Wife beater! Predator! Hermione should have cheated on him with Harry!
Severus Snape: Also does brave, selfless acts, and is known by HIS ENEMY'S SON as the bravest man Harry ever knew. Proves he really loves Lily.
Fandom: Bad! He was obsessed with Lily and a creep and he stole Lily's patronus! He also bullied Neville!
Lavender Brown: Nice and caring, and gives Ron the affection he deserves. Also does countless brave acts, helps to round up Skrewts, and fights in the DA despite the danger.
Fandom: She should go, she is ruining our ships!1!1!1! (Side note: I do ship Romione, but this anti-Lavender bullshit should stop.)
Cho Chang: Cares about and loves her boyfriend, and simply wants to know how he died because she loves him. Also offers to take Harry to the Ravenclaw common room, and fights in the DA.
Fandom: So annoying, can't she stop crying about Cedric?

my ex-gf and i peaked together but we were both libfems when we started dating. a few months into our relationship i got a job at a strip club as a waitress because a friend of mine was promoting it on her IG as good, easy money. my role consisted of wearing a sexy outfit with a corset and serving the customers drinks. i only lasted for 2 months but everything i saw and experienced there changed my life forever and led me to becoming an anti-porn feminist and eventually to completely peaking. every single demographic of male was there. young, old (like ELDERLY), white, black, rich, poor, disabled, athletic, ugly, handsome, local, tourist, etc. men would go in groups and tell me they were going to pay for everything in cash so their wives wouldn’t realize where they were. men would try to touch and kiss the strippers and waitresses and management barely did a thing about it. most of the strippers were between the ages of 18 and 20. there was an area upstairs reserved completely for prostitution. one man offered me $1,000 so i could go to his hotel and have sex with him and i spent the rest of my shift trying not to pass by his area. a different man once struck up a conversation with me about going to his place for breakfast while touching my ass and i was too nervous to do or say anything to him knowing management didn’t have my back. i once saw a man bring in his freshly 18-year old son and pay for a stripper to have sex with him. mind you i worked ON WEEKDAYS DURING THE DAY and it was always PACKED!!! heterosexual women would come in and treat us like absolute garbage and barely look at us in the face while we served them but obviously this was preferable to the men who were offering us money in exchange for sex. sometimes lesbians would come in too but they were usually older and would sit in the restaurant-type area that didn’t have view of the main stage. i was actually surprised that i wasn’t the only lesbian working there, a few waitresses and strippers were also lesbians and even had wives. even more surprising to me at the time, nearly every waitress or stripper there was actually an exceptionally intelligent and compassionate woman. they somehow managed to completely compartmentalize their personal lives from the job. they were usually drunk throughout the day. even drunk i couldn’t do it and i have no idea how any of them did. i wasn’t even a stripper, i was a fucking waitress and being sexualized in that way for 8 hours a day every day led me to having an emotional breakdown. because i identified as nonbinary at the time i projected all of my sadness and anger onto the fact that my coworkers weren’t calling me by my preferred name. isn’t that insane? i couldn’t even recognize what i was experiencing as a woman because i was using my special gender identity as a cope. i ended up breaking down sobbing to an older female employee there and telling her i couldn’t handle being looked at like a piece of meat anymore and that i was starting to feel like less of a person. she looked like she was about to start crying with me too! i quit the next day. this is a short and condensed version of my experience but i really saw some disgusting and gruesome shit. the girl who helped me get hired was a completely changed person the last time i interacted with her. i never want to step foot inside a strip club for the rest of my life.

I hope all men kill themselves as soon as possible.
who is this patriarchy you speak of? why are you surprised you’re getting the same energy you give off? Getting stuck with a rapist or abuser is being a shitty judge of character, women feel 0 sympathy for men who get played financially or emotionally and often say go off queen, get it sis and point and laugh saying it’s his fault. according to stats, rape rarely happens from random strangers, it’s usually people you let in your life so. if women were more intelligent rape rates would go down. plenty of smart women around who don’t let themselves get abused or “raped”, it’s just the less fortunate ones that are bitter about their own stupidity. Go talk to your dad if you have one ;) if women were better judges of their environment and people, it’d happen much less. Instead they seek attention from low quality men often in intoxicated environments and get surprised when low quality treatment occurs from inebriated people. So why? why call a person a victim if they put themselves in that situation? when is personal accountability for putting yourself in the situation going to occur? a lot of this could’ve been prevented if people were less naive and impulsive

This isn't a question, jsyk.
I'm kinda gettin' on in years by fandom standards, I'm defs not old but I'm old enough that I'm starting to think about being old a bit more often. And yeah I'm in the kinda circles that don't hugely fetishize youth or mock older people for their appearance etc. But we're all susceptible to this kinda crap, right? Even the most progressive and/or feminist and/or anti-consumerist of us are gonna have some of that 'young is good and old is bad' garbage coded into our brains, you can only unlearn so much.
Your Toriel is so beautiful. She's graceful and she's fat and she's elegant and she's wrinkled and she's wearing little chains on her glasses just for the convenience and she has old lady fashion and jewelry and she's scruffy and she's so, so fucking beautiful. And I look at her, and it feels like I could be like her when I'm older, and that gives me so much joy.
Thanks for your work, Biscia.
you're welcome of course but also i need you to know that the reason i draw her like i do is because i am helplessly, desperately, homosexually in love with her and how she looks like in my art. like, yeah, representation and body positivity but also don't worry. no matter how much you get on in years there will always be someone so down bad for you it makes them look shhtupid

Don't you just hate it when one of the biggest grifters online decides to like a piece of media you like?
Gatekeeping is wrong. Forcing someone to like something in the specific way I interact and consume a piece of media is wrong. Art is meant to be viewed through a multitude of lenses, and each individual will have their own way of interpreting that creation. And that's good. That's fine. That's human.
But when an Anti-Woke Grifter who thinks alcoholism is a really cool personality trait and decides to brand everything about themselves as that; who has historically engaged and criticized films and shows and games and books in bad faith; who has put down women and POC's and Queer representation in media; who is one of the biggest dicks in the online space decides to actually pay attention to an art that is pretty much dipped, coated, laminated, and injected with fucking GAY, ANTI-PATRIARCHAL ENERGY—that's when I get mad.
For those not in the know, Critical Drinker has posted a review for Blue Eye Samurai, saying he likes it.
You know... Blue Eye Samurai?
The show that oozes Queer Wrath? Feminine Rage? Curb-Stomping Toxic Masculinity and the Patriarchy whenever and wherever it can? That Blue Eye Samurai?
See, he's done this before with Arcane.
He says he likes it. Him and his ilk say that, "Finally, the wokies have done something actually good!" and point to Vi and Jinx as strong female characters written well!
But they also say, dang, feels like all the men in that show are idiots and that they had to be dumbed down to make room for the rainbow-haired girlies brigade. Who have all remarked that Vi and Caitlyn's relationship is forced and being shoved down our throats because god forbid women like women!
I got sick of watching his Arcane review halfway, and this was before I knew what a douche Critical Sucker was.
So I ain't watching his Blue Eye Samurai review. Why?
His Glass Onion review was done in bad faith.
I didn't like She-Hulk, but that's because that show was a byproduct of abused VFX animators, creatively bankrupt executives, and writers desperately trying to manage a convoluted shared universe that continues to buckle under its own weight. Political Stinker over here thinks that it's pandering, stupid, feminist garbage. He is one of the biggest Anti-Feminist voices in Youtube.
Him and his incel brigade have an obsession over hating Captain Marvel and Brie Larson. These basement dwelling cucks rant and rave over a mediocre duology and an actress that just lives in their tiny heads rent-free.
He says that they are removing men from leading roles and roles of great importance!
So why would I want to listen to an inebriated libertarian's opinions on a show that has become the show for lesbians, trans mascs, and other lovely brands of gay and feminism that he oh so despises? He'll most likely praise the action and violence and shit like that, then probably say that Mizu and Taigen's homoerotic rivalry isn't gay actually. Or that Mizu and Akemi's narrative foils don't scream enemies-to-sapphics. Or that Mizu, WHO'S NAME MEANS WATER AND HER ENTIRE CHARACTER REVOLVES AROUND FLUIDITY ISN'T IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM FLUID IN HER GENDER AND SEXUALITY.
Fuck. I'm sorry. I don't even care if he doesn't say that. He's made so many disgusting, disparaging remarks about any piece of media that shows an inkling of progressive themes that what else am I supposed to expect?
If anyone watches it and sees this, lemme know. Watching an Anti-Woke bullshit video with just myself is just straight up wading through the desert without proper protection. No thanks.
Anyway watch Blue Eye Samurai again. Because I know you watched it. Watch it again. And again. And when you're done, watch Arcane. Watch She-Ra. Watch Dragon Prince. Castlevania. Watch anything "woke". Consume trans-positive shows. Make all the haters and even the ones who like it but have no ounce of media literacy irrelevant. Let them dry out and die, please.
